Armenia 3 Nights / 4 Days Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Yerevan

Arrive at Yerevan International Airport.
Meet and greet by the local representative.
Transfer to the hotel and check in.
Visit Republic Square and enjoy the Musical Dancing Fountains (seasonal).
Explore Northern Avenue and the Cascade Complex.
Overnight stay in Yerevan.

Day 2: Lake Sevan – Dilijan – Haghartsin Monastery

Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive to the beautiful Lake Sevan, known as the "Pearl of Armenia."
Visit Sevanavank Monastery with panoramic lake views.
Continue to Dilijan, a charming mountain town surrounded by lush forests.
Visit the historic Haghartsin Monastery.
Return to Yerevan.
Overnight stay in Yerevan.

Day 3: Garni Temple – Geghard Monastery

Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the ancient Garni Temple, the only Greco-Roman temple in Armenia.

Visit the UNESCO-listed Geghard Monastery, carved into the mountains.

Terms & Conditions – Armenia Tour

Passport & Visa
- Passengers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity from the date of travel.
- Visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler. Any visa rejection or delay is not the responsibility of the tour operator.
Booking & Payment
- A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before departure.
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, airline, and local supplier policies.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed tours, or no-shows.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out
- Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM.
- Standard hotel check-out: 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Tour Itinerary
- The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, public holidays, or operational requirements.
- The tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels or sightseeing attractions with similar alternatives if necessary.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and personal accidents.
Transportation
- Transfers and sightseeing will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary.
- Guests are requested to be punctual. Delays may result in missed services without refund.
Personal Expenses
- Expenses such as meals not mentioned, beverages, shopping, laundry, telephone calls, tips, and optional activities are not included unless specified.
Responsibility
- The tour operator acts only as an intermediary for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service providers.
- The operator shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, loss of baggage, or any circumstances beyond its control.
Health & Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
- Guests must follow local laws, hotel regulations, and safety instructions throughout the tour.
Force Majeure
- No compensation or refund will be provided for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or flight cancellations.
Acceptance
- Confirmation of the booking indicates that the traveler has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
