Terms & Conditions – Dubai Economy Tour
  1. Passport & Visa
  • Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • UAE visa approval is subject to the UAE Immigration Authority. Visa rejection or delay is not the responsibility of the tour operator.
  1. Booking & Payment
  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before departure.
  • Tour prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation charges will apply according to airline, hotel, visa, and local supplier policies.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services, missed tours, or no-shows.
  1. Hotel Check-in & Check-out
  • Standard hotel check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Standard hotel check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Tour Itinerary
  • The itinerary may be changed due to weather conditions, government regulations, operational requirements, or public holidays.
  • The tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels or sightseeing attractions with similar alternatives if required.
  1. Travel Insurance
  • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, baggage loss, trip cancellation, and personal accidents is highly recommended.
  1. Transfers & Sightseeing
  • Airport transfers and sightseeing tours are provided on a Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis unless otherwise specified.
  • Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point on time. Missed tours or transfers due to late arrival are non-refundable.
  1. Desert Safari
  • Desert Safari includes dune bashing, which is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with back or heart problems, infants, or senior citizens with medical conditions.
  • Participation in adventure activities is at the guest's own risk.
  1. Tourism Dirham Fee
  • The Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee, if applicable, must be paid directly by the guest to the hotel during check-in or check-out.
  1. Personal Expenses
  • Personal expenses such as meals not mentioned, beverages, shopping, laundry, telephone calls, porterage, tips, and optional tours are not included in the package price.
  1. Responsibility
  • The tour operator acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and local operators.
  • The operator is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, baggage loss, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or any circumstances beyond its control.
  1. Force Majeure
  • No compensation or refund will be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, war, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the tour operator.
  1. Acceptance
  • By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
