erms & Conditions – Azerbaijan Tour

  1. Passport & Visa
    • Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
    • Visa approval is subject to the Azerbaijan Immigration Authority. Any visa rejection or delay is not the responsibility of the tour operator.
  2. Booking & Payment
    • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
    • Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before departure.
    • Tour prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel, and local supplier policies.
    • No refund will be provided for unused services, missed tours, or no-shows.
  4. Hotel Check-in & Check-out
    • Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM
    • Standard hotel check-out: 12:00 PM
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  5. Tour Itinerary
    • The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, public holidays, or operational requirements.
    • The tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels, sightseeing attractions, or transportation with similar alternatives when necessary.
  6. Travel Insurance
    • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal accidents is highly recommended.
  7. Transportation & Sightseeing
    • Airport transfers and sightseeing tours will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary.
    • Guests are requested to be punctual for all scheduled tours and transfers. Missed services due to late arrival are non-refundable.
  8. Personal Expenses
    • Expenses such as meals not mentioned in the itinerary, beverages, shopping, laundry, telephone calls, porterage, tips, and optional tours are not included unless specifically stated.
  9. Responsibility
    • The tour operator acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport companies, and local operators.
    • The operator is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, baggage loss, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or any circumstances beyond its control.
  10. Health & Safety
    • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
    • Guests must comply with local laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations throughout the tour.
  11. Force Majeure
    • No compensation or refund will be provided for disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the tour operator.
  12. Acceptance
    • By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
