Terms & Conditions – Dubai Tour

1. Passport & Visa
   • Passengers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
   • Visa approval is subject to the UAE Immigration Authority. The tour operator is not responsible for visa delays or rejections.
2. Booking & Payment
   • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
   • Full payment must be made 15 days before departure.
   • Prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel, and local supplier policies.
   • No refund will be provided for unused services, missed tours, or no-shows.
4. Hotel Check-in & Check-out
   • Standard Check-in: 3:00 PM
   • Standard Check-out: 12:00 PM
   • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Tour Itinerary
   • The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, government regulations, public holidays, or operational reasons.
   • The tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels, attractions, or services with similar alternatives if required.
6. Travel Insurance
   • Travel insurance is highly recommended and should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and personal accidents.
7. Transfers & Tours
   • Airport transfers and sightseeing tours are provided as per the confirmed itinerary.
   • Guests must report to pickup points on time. Missed transfers or tours due to late arrival will not be refunded.
8. Desert Safari & Adventure Activities
   • Desert safari, dune bashing, and other adventure activities are not recommended for pregnant women, senior citizens with medical conditions, or guests with back or heart problems.
   • Participation is at the guest's own risk.
9. Personal Expenses
   • Expenses such as meals not mentioned in the itinerary, beverages, shopping, laundry, telephone calls, porterage, tips, and optional activities are not included unless specified.
10. Tourism Dirham Fee

• Some hotels in Dubai charge a Tourism Dirham Fee, payable directly by guests at check-in or check-out, as per UAE regulations.

11. Responsibility

• The tour operator acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies.
• The operator is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, baggage loss, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or any circumstances beyond its control.

12. Force Majeure

• No refund or compensation will be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or any unforeseen events beyond the control of the tour operator.

13. Acceptance

• By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
